The Process

Discovery
We discuss how you want to use the space, your property’s challenges, priorities, and realistic budget goals.

Design and refine
I develop the agreed concept, review it with you, and make the revisions included in your design estimate.

Analyze:
I review the site, including its layout, sun, grade, drainage, existing features, and available property information.

Move forward
Use the approved plan to discuss professional installation, a hybrid project, or a phased DIY build.
Based near Charlotte, I serve homeowners across Mecklenburg and Gaston counties, including Belmont and nearby communities, as well as Waxhaw, Marvin, Weddington,
Tega Cay, Indian Land and Fort Mill South Carolina.

Start with a Design Discovery
Design Discovery is $75 for approximately one hour to discuss your ideas, site conditions, priorities, and realistic budget goals. If you hire me for design, I will credit the discovery fee toward your design fee. Have a survey, photos, HOA guidelines, or inspiration images? Send them along if available.
